2. Description

Apartment Nona Antonija is a clean, bright and quiet apartment. It is positioned in recently restored 18th century stone house in the heart of Komiža, just a few steps away from the harbor and characterful restaurants, but positioned in a quiet, foot-traffic free zone.
It has been restored, modern inside, with a lovely bedroom, well-appointed bathroom, comfortable sitting and dining area, and a kitchen with all conveniences.

A special feature is a completely furnished kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and space for the disposal of kitchen accessories. The bathroom is equipped with sanitation facilities containing a shower cabin. Another notable equipment contained in the apartment is a blow-dryer, SAT / TV, Wi-fi connection, an air-conditioner and TA heating system. Bedding is changed once a week, or every five days if a guest should stay for longer than one week but less than two. We offer free additional towels according to your demands and needs. Pets are allowed for inquiry. Note: pet owners are required to do the final clean-up of the apartment on their own or pay an additional fee of 150 kn. The distance from the center of town is 30 m. There, you can find coffee shops, restaurants, a postal office, a bank, ATM machines, a market, a butcher’s shop, fish market, pastry shops etc. The distance from a food store is 50 m, the beach 100 m, a doctors office 200 m, gas station 10 km (The City of Vis). Parking is available at the distance of 300 m (parking not charged) and there is also a guarded parking lot at the distance of 300 m (parking is charged). We will help you with baggage transfer to the apartment. We offer you an option to rent a boat of the “Pasara” type with an outer engine, suitable for transportation to all the solitary beaches of the Komiža basin.

Vis must be one of the most spectacular islands in Croatia and the fishing village of Komiza is a peaceful location of unspoiled charm and beauty.
Komiza is an old and picturesque town, located on the southwest side of the Vis island. Its tradition of fishing is one of the longest on the Adriatic, and perhaps on the Mediterranean. This unique characteristic is reflected in Komiza’s architecture, culture, and cuisine.

When one wishes to change the everyday surrounding and to try something different and unique, one can certainly experience it in Komiza. Feel the crystal clean sea and the sunniest island of the Adriatic. Try fish specialty dish and have a glass of prestigious local vine. Take the vine route and rest your eyes on scenic vineyards. Enjoy the locally prepared food. Visit nearby beaches and islands. Sign up for a boat tour. Walk, ride a bike or rent a car, boat.

5. General info

• Children 0 to 5 years of age free of charge, spare bed available from 20€ a day.
• If you wish to make a reservation for our apartment, please enter the date of your arrival and departure, address and phone number. Please enter your ferry arrival date and time.
• To make a reservation, please depopsit 30% of your total value.
• When you make a payment, please make sure you contact us by phone or email.
• Notice: The payment you make, without a legitimate excuse, is not refundable. The apartment prices are charged per day.
• Sojourn taxes are included in the price. The final cleaning price is 50€, not included in the apartment price.
• For 4 days or less the price of stay is increased by 30%.
• Check-in is after 2 pm and check-out is at  09 am.

6. Payment method

• Card payment: Please, you can pay the reservation fee, using PayPal Email payments service. On your email address, we will send your payment request, together with instructions.
• Payment directly to the apartment owner's bank account: please pay the reservation fee on the following account and then inform us of payment via e-mail.
