PRICE LIST

In the table below you can find information  about the prices for the apartment.

Considering the challenges of finding accommodation during the months of June and July, we suggest you make your reservation for this period at least two months in advance.

Terms of reservation and a few notes:

-         

• - additional bed price + 12€

• - local tax is not included in the price and is paid along with the bill to your host who will register you at the Komiža tourist board,

• - reservation is considered valid after the payment of 30 per cent advance deposit  on our account,

• - payment of the advance deposit should be confirmed with your e-mail,

• - the rest of the total amount must be paid on your arrival,

• - in the case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance deposit will not  be refunded

• - if your stay is shorter than 4 days, the price per  day is increased by  30 percent.

• - Upon receipt of your e-mail we will agree on all the details

• - Upon your arrival, the apartments are at your disposal from 01.00 PM check-in time until 09.00 AM on your day of departure .

These are prices by the day for an apartment.

The price does not include the residence tax which must be paid by the day for all guests over 12 years. The prices of the residence tax are listed underneath.
