Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out)

Check-in

The apartments are available from 14:00 (unless agreed otherwise with the host). On arrival, guests must hand over their identity documents for registration in the eVisitor system.

Check-out

Please leave the apartment by 10:00 on the day of departure, so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

Parking

Price, for every apartment

Parking is charged at a seasonal price, set shortly before the start of each season.

Nono Andre apartment

A parking space is provided for this apartment at the Norpina car park.

Nono Miho and Nona Antonija apartments

A parking space is provided for these apartments at the Rogači car park.

Location and access

The host will give you the exact location of the car park and directions before you arrive.

Looking after your belongings

Locking up

Guests must lock the front door and close all the windows every time they leave the apartment, and switch off the air conditioning, the cooker and other appliances.

The host’s liability

The host accepts no liability for money, documents, valuables or any other personal belongings that guests leave in the apartment, on the terraces or at the car park.

Loss of or damage to property

In the event of theft, loss, disappearance of or damage to a guest’s property, the host accepts no liability whatsoever.

Peace and quiet (night-time)

Quiet hours

Please keep the peace and quiet between 23:00 and 8:00.

The staircase (Nono Andre apartment)

As this apartment is on the third floor of the family house, running, jumping or making noise on the main staircase is strictly forbidden, so that the other residents are not disturbed. 53 steps lead up to the apartment.

Terraces

Our terraces (such as the large terrace of the Nono Andre apartment) are ideal for relaxing, but late in the evening please keep conversations and gatherings quiet, so that the neighbours can sleep.

Pets

Pets allowed

Pets are welcome in our apartments by prior arrangement with the host.

Owners’ obligations

Please do not leave pets alone and unattended in the apartment, and take care of their hygiene. Any damage caused by a pet must be paid for in full by its owner.

Cleanliness and use of equipment

Kitchen and bathroom equipment

Our apartments are modern and fully equipped (dishwashers, cookers, fridges, air conditioning). Please use the equipment with care and only for its purpose.

Air conditioning

While the air conditioning is on, please keep all windows and doors closed. Please also switch it off when you are not in the apartment, so that together we save energy and look after the environment.

Rubbish

Please empty the bins regularly and take the rubbish to the containers provided near the apartments.

Visitors and damage

Visitors

Only people who are properly registered as guests may stay in the apartment. Visits by other people are not allowed without prior notice and the host’s consent.

Damage

Please report any fault or damage to the inventory to the host straight away. Damage caused on purpose, or missing inventory, is charged on the spot.
